Our team will provide you with the Seller's Disclosure Notice and a sold comps report from MLS data, prepare and submit your offer, negotiate terms and repairs, and guide you through closing. We ensure a smooth process, whether closing in person or using a remote notary for out-of-state buyers. Then, you'll get the keys, a high-five, and enjoy the savings on buyer agent commission fees!
