Real estate has always been more than a career for me — it’s been a way to serve my community with fairness, clarity, and a modern approach that respects people’s time and resources.
When I earned my real estate license back in 2003, I was energized by the idea of helping people move forward in life. But over time, I saw firsthand how the traditional 6% commission structure often frustrated homeowners. Many felt the fee didn’t match the actual work being done. Some agents quietly agreed. And even as an award-winning top performer, I felt that same tension.
Why I Built a Better Model
The reality is simple:
In a strong market, the traditional 6% commission often has little relationship to the actual time and effort required to sell a well-prepared home. With efficient workflows and experience, many listings can be handled in far fewer hours than most people realize — yet the fee still scales with the home’s price, not the work involved.
So, I chose a different path.
I built a modern, streamlined, full-service brokerage model that allows clients to receive exceptional representation while keeping more of their hard-earned equity. It’s rooted in fairness, transparency, and respect — the values I believe should guide every real estate transaction.

How I Work Today
As an independent Texas real estate broker, I personally lead every negotiation, pricing strategy, and contract detail. Sellers and buyers work directly with me — no layers, no hand-offs, no surprises.
And while I oversee each deal personally, I’m supported by a trusted network of experienced partner agents who provide on-demand showing support throughout Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, along with a full creative team for photography, videography, graphic design, copywriting, staging support, and marketing.
It’s everything needed to present and promote a home beautifully and effectively — without the bloated overhead of a traditional brokerage.
